How far in advance should I book?

For colour and bridal, book in advance. Cuts and styling usually available within the week. Walk-ins welcome.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome. For longer services (colour, bridal), we recommend booking ahead.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please give 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Is there parking?

Street parking is available on the block. Public lots within a 2-minute walk. Bus stops directly outside.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Available on request. Mention in the form and we will reach out.

What if I am late?

If you are running late, please call ahead so we can adjust.
